I hate all forms of cauliflower. Mashed, steamed, baked, fried, chopped, dro wn it any sauce, I will not enjoy it. Good luck!

You haven't tried grilled yet. Drizzle some Italian Dressing on it, toss on a hot grill until it chars a little. Works with Broccoli, too!

Cauliflower crust pizza is da bomb! Hopefully you seasoned it and baked it lightly before adding the sauce and toppings.

I’ll give it another shot, that sounds not so bad... Also, I like broccoli for some reason. I’ll eat steamed and unsalted, even.

I wonder about these. I hate cauliflower, but it’s the texture and not the taste that ruins it for me, so I can imagine it being better.
Also, that recipe worries me because I broke my Cuisinart (old French/Japanese made one as opposed to the modern Chinese built machines ) shredding mozzarella, which was apparently too much to ask of it.

Trader Joe’s has a cauliflower crust pizza that my kids absolutely love. I think I mentioned before that my wife has decided to deglutenize, so I’m curious what you make of this.

basil, like cilantro, can be criminally overused. So when anything suggests it’s basil heavy I usually stay away. But if it’s in there and not prominent I’m good.
